As you well know, Maya Gabeira’s Nazare wave, wipeout, near drowing and rescue have caused an internet shitstorm over the last month. Laird Hamilton weighed in, Skindog Collins backed Maya and everyone had their say on the supposed rights and wrongs of the Maya surfing waves like that.

It’s nice to see here then a much simpler proposition. Maya gets towed into a massive wave on Mainland Mexico in June, pulls into the tube and comes out. Nothing could be simpler, could it? Oh and the audio is almost worth the price of admission alone.
