While Wilko, Kolohe and Stu Kennedy were springing surprises at Snapper, Jordy Smith, Mikey Wright, Mick Fanning and Taj Burrow were otherwhere looking for a few waves of their own. Taj may be a 37-year old father these days but his facial expression when he hits the lip (see 2:30) is perhaps meaner than ever, and his reaction upon hearing Kolohe made the final (“Shut up!? Naaaah…”) is sure to tickle.
