Now sitting comfortably within the Top 10 after an impressive run of results including a second place finish in Fiji, the San Clemente local Kolohe Andino talks to the ASP about his long-coming return to form since qualifying for the Dream Tour in 2011.
With his homebreak Trestles next on the world tour schedule (due to start tomorrow!), the 20 year old will no doubt be looking to further build on his recent successes. But performing well at home isn’t always a given, competitors often buckling to the added pressure and expectations of the home crowd (think Michel Bourez in Tahiti or Jeremy Flores in France for example) so we’ll just have to wait and see.
