There is no denying that Nazaré has a tendency to serve up burgers –- big fat burgers that froth and fizz and threaten to unload spectacularly but rarely do. But do not let this fool you for a second. The burgers that get funneled out of the 230 km long underwater ravine known as the Nazaré Canyon are ferocious man-eating burgers with a side of wedges, and every now and then one will open up and swallow you whole.
