Thanks to its European success last year, our Surfing Day joins our American neighbours’ in 2009 and extends to international beaches.
Its new name? International Surfing Day!

It will launch the summer season on Sunday, June 21, 2009 everywhere in the world to celebrate surfing and its culture!

Open to all and totally free, the International Surfing Day will enable the masses to discover the joys of surfing, test new products and meet pro surfers!

Organized and coordinated by EuroSIMA (European Boardsports Industry
Manufacturers Association) this international edition beneficiates from the support and collaboration of the ESF (European Surfing Federation) and the Surfrider Foundation (organization dedicated to the protection of oceans, waves and beaches).

So, don’t hold back! Take your surfboard and join us on Sunday, June 21, 2009 on your favourite beach for a crazy day!
