In the run-up to last month’s Red Bull big wave invitational at Ours, the Mad Hueys got the call to go down and hang with the boys before the official Cape Fear comp started. As it turned out, the Gold Coasters kind of ended up scoring the meanest part of the swell with the following day’s conditions dropping away much faster than anticipated.
