The Boonman is a handsome and well-dressed bastard, in possession of perhaps the best name in surfing — the Iberian cool of Pedro offset by Boonman’s unexpectedly Anglo-Saxon air. He also possesses much cunning in the tunnel, and would probably make a fine spy. Nazaré, Supertubos and Pedro’s home break of Carcavelos all feature prominently in this short film by White Flag Productions.
