What does Marc Lacomare get up to when he’s by his gates?
His gates being, of course, the town of Hossegor and surrounds, SW France.
By the looks of things, surfing much. But also, like so many of his contemporaries, putting in not an insignificant amount of time honing his rig.
Pumping, huffing, straining, curling, crunching, twisting.
Is working out obsessively good for your surfing? Is rigourous physical conditioning better than say, skateboarding? Better than nature walking or interpretive dance? Do tight, pumped up muscles surf more attractively than spindly, lithe, loose ones?
Hit play, and decides for yerselves.
