We know what you’re thinking. How is it that Aussies pretty much rule the whole slab surfing gig? Guys you’ve probably never heard of charging the likes of Shipsterns, Ours, The Right. Is it that the rest of surfing fraternity is just too soft? (Other than the Irish perhaps who everyone knows are off their nutters anyway…).

Anyway, in the latest example of just how nuts the Aussies are when it comes to slabs, South Coast hellman Scott Dennis has released this sick highlight clip of unused footage from Carpark Stories. This is what he had to say about it:

“So the first trip was Deep South we saw the charts looking good and hit the road 4 days of driving it was hectic for 2 days of surfing haha, but well worth it!
As seen in part one after surfing that right we saw that the charts looked good for this left back at Vic so we packed the car and got back on the road to get to this crazy left. It was a fun few weeks on the road with my good mate Darcy Ward filming the whole trip, sleeping on the road and me and Brett where living it up in the wagon haha. But all in all just good times on the road with mates yew.”
