So the ISA world juniors have come around and all the teams are beginning to show their faces. It’s been an awful week leading up to the contest on the surf front which has been plagued with tiny surf and bad wind. However everything is in place and the podium is up at Le Penon. I’ve been prepping myself ready for the event with a trip to Rob Vaughn to look at some new weapons for the comp and some last minute training involving car pulling with British strength trainer Mike Pelligrino courtesy of Joel Grey at Surf Solutions. With the chart showing signs of some good swell I’m sure everyone will be going balls to the wall with all guns blazing as the comp starts.
