11 August, 2007 – The 17-year-old reunionais regularfoot took out the competition in glassy 2- to 3-foot conditions in Lacanau, France, defeating France’s Marc Lacomare and Guadeloupe’s Charly Martin in the final and gaining a wildcard entry into the 6* WQS Soöruz Lacanau Pro. The Oakley teamrider said, “I’m really happy to have won, to win here means something special to me.
