Well it’s official, Australian Jamie Mitchell paddled into one very, very large wave at Belharra today. The Billabong XXL team have posted these two angles of Mitchell’s wave and we’d be happy to get your view on the size of the bloody thing. He didn’t make the drop (cue comment from Laird) but you can’t question the commitment. And whatever size it is, it represents another seismic shift in this ongoing big wave paddle in movement.
