Andrew Cotton just took one of the nastiest wipeouts ever at Nazaré today. Realising he’s gonna get rumbled by the lip, you can see him try and pull up to get inside it before it lands.

He doesn’t.

What then follows is a bit like that footage of killer whales twatting seals 200ft in the air with their tails.

Word is that he’s broken a bone in his back, but is not seriously hurt and is on the mend.

Rest up, big man.
