While Israel’s first ever QS event was unfolding in Netanya, not too far down the road in Herzliya the Mediterranean was serving up all sorts of tasty morsels. Joining the sizeable local contingent in the water were various surfers there for the comp, Adrien Toyon among them. Y’all remember that time in the very distant past that Surf Europe went to Israel? With the very same dark-skinned Réunion rapscallion? He love it!
