Last he year he went on a tear on the WQS and very nearly qualified his ass on the WCT. But what did he do after the crushing disappointment of close but no cigarello? Did he drown his sorrows on endless epic benders? Did he walk away from surfing, turn goth and produce an art house short film with an Echo and the Bunnymen soundtrack called Marco Darko?
