With all the backhanders Kepa Acero’s having to shell out to crooked po-po and border patrol, the Basque voyager decides to part ways with his beloved converted tow truck while in The Gambia. On the verge of tears, it’s a heart-wrenching farewell! But a couple 100,000 Gambian dalasi richer, Kepa loses not time.
Pragmatic as ever, the Basque wrote, “I took me 1 day to decide to sell my car, 3 days to sell it and one day to get to Guinea. The trip goes on.”
And despite now on his signature solo way south on the number 11 bus, he has little trouble finding yet more dark continent reeling points – this time left-handers!
