“When the Hurley Pro kicks off at Lower Trestles soon, Julian Wilson and Taj Burrow will be gunning for the podium.

Julian is coming off a good result at the Billabong Pro, Tahiti and is feeling relaxed in the company of his girlfriend and new travel partner, Ashley. Lowers is somewhere that Julian is very comfortable, but is yet to scoop the placing he feels he can get there.

After a disappointing finish at Teahupoo, Taj is hungry for a good result at a tour stop he knows he can excel at: Lowers. With trainer Johnny Gannon in his corner, Taj will look to regain momentum with a good placing, and improve on his world number five ranking.”
