Put together by NASA/JPL’s, this ocean flow computational model shows ocean surface currents around the world during the period from June 2005 through December 2007. The weird thing is had avant-gardist Vincent van Gogh ever got round to depicting the world’s ocean currents, it would lightly looked pretty damn similar. Maybe he wasn’t so bonkers after all.
