Joining the likes of Shane Dorian and Greg Long, French overseas ripper Dimitri Ouvre made the trip to Puerto Escondido along with Moroccan big wave charger Othmane Choufani for last weekend’s XXL swell.

It being one of the first times the young St Barts ripper has tackled this sized surf, he wasn’t all too sure he wanted to be out there but with a little reassurance from his good friend Othmane Dimitri ended up snagging this left-hand bomb on the Sunday.
