MORE THUMPING BARRELS AT PEAHI

When Jaws is the kind of ‘friendly’ size it turned out to be last weekend, it’s all about getting shacked through the west bowl. At least that seems to be the case for the brave up-coming generation of local Maui chargers looking to step up their game and this short edit (taken from Sunday’s bigger and less crowded day) showcases just that. First up, 21-year-old Maui waterman extraordinaire Kai Lenny ducks into a thunderous pit before going down hard to a shock wave, followed by two successful clean exits from Maui locals Billy Kemper and Shaun Walsh (little bro to Ian).
