Remember the 90’s? Baggy jeans, Pulp Fiction, celebrity DJ’s. You could hardly walk down a street without seeing a poster with block capital letter names announcing which DJ’s were getting 10 grand a night to operate two turntables. Jon of the Pleased Wimmin was my fave, sort of. Those cats got paid so much they didn’t even need day jobs! Well Tim Boal has a day job, as a professional surfer, and sometimes DJ’s around Biarritz town in a strictly amateur capacity, sometimes accompanied by le Blacknutz.
